JOB TITLE – Global People & Culture Project & Transformation Manager
LOCATION - Copenhagen (Gentofte), Denmark
HOURS – Full time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We seek a strategic Senior Manager to drive transformation and excellence within our People & Culture organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping how our P&C function operates, delivers value, and adapts to future workplace needs.
We are looking for a transformation-focused HR professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. Your understanding of HR operations and passion for innovation drives you to identify and implement solutions that enhance the effectiveness of People & Culture teams. You excel at bringing HR professionals together to deliver impactful change. This position reports to the Global Head of Data and Digital Solutions and works closely with the broader People & Culture leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Transform how our People & Culture teams work by leading the implementation of digital solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience
- Create seamless integration between HR workstreams during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring continuity of service and employee experience
- Build strong partnerships across People & Culture teams to drive the adoption of new ways of working
- Establish effective project governance and reporting that provides clear visibility of strategic initiatives to P&C leadership
- Enable data-driven decision making within People & Culture through digital transformation initiatives
- Orchestrate strategic initiatives across People & Culture teams, including Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
- Lead HR workstreams in merger and acquisition activities, ensuring smooth integration of people processes and systems
- Drive digital transformation projects within P&C, modernizing our tools and ways of working
- Partner with P&C leadership to prioritize and track strategic initiatives that deliver maximum impact
- Create frameworks for measuring success and tracking the progress of transformation initiatives
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Strong background in HR operations and delivery of HR transformation projects
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within HR functions
- Track record of successful project delivery in complex HR environments
- Good understanding of HR technology landscape and future trends
- Excellence in stakeholder management and change leadership
- Good project management capabilities
- Experience in merger and acquisition HR integration activities
