About the teamWhen joining our Strategy & Transformation team you will become part of our executive management group, where we contribute and drive transformation projects that shape the future of Columbus through our New Heights strategy. You'll work at both the strategic and operational levels and collaborate closely with the rest of the team dedicated to driving change and making an impact. We prioritize good team spirit and help each other to succeed!
As Strategy & Transformation ManagerYou are supporting our senior leadership team acting as a trusted advisor, where you will work with the ongoing transformation projects in the organization. You will work on both a strategic and operational level to influence the future of Columbus. In this position, you should be comfortable being in a central role with multiple internal & external stakeholders at all levels while taking ownership of projects. Stakeholder- and change management is key in the role, where you will act as a visible Project Leader and need to build and maintain strong relationships across the business. You will get substantial knowledge by working closely with the executive management, our team, and be part of new and exciting strategic discussions and projects.

About youLike us you have a passion for making an impact by advising and facilitating decision making through distilled facts and insights and making real change happen for customers and colleagues.You identify as a resuIt-oriented, structured, and analytical team-player, who has a positive can-do mindset and appreciates being innovative.Desired qualifications: 3+ years of experience from a consulting- or technology company or from a similar role or as management consultant Experience with developing, driving, and implementing transformation projects Great communication and presentation skills as well as project management skills Structured problem solver and critical abstract thinker Skilled in prioritizing and mobilizing the workforce and facilitating change management Power Point skills at professional level Experience with digital advisory a plus Full proficiency in both Danish and English 3+ years of experience from a consulting- or technology company or from a similar role or as management consultantExperience with developing, driving, and implementing transformation projectsGreat communication and presentation skills as well as project management skillsStructured problem solver and critical abstract thinkerSkilled in prioritizing and mobilizing the workforce and facilitating change managementPower Point skills at professional levelExperience with digital advisory a plusFull proficiency in both Danish and EnglishBecome a part of Columbus!Become a part of Columbus!You can easily apply by connecting your LinkedIn or by uploading a CV via the link.
