You will ensure that Finance takes a leading role in 3shape's scale-up for growth by developing and executing the Finance Strategy and driving change together with stakeholders across the company.About the position As the Finance Strategy & Transformation lead, you will have an important role in the development of 3shape’s global Finance organization to ensure that it supports 3shape’s ambitious growth expectations. Furthermore, you will act as an enabler for projects within the CFO area, by taking the lead on developing and anchoring financial processes within the organization. Processes will be within key areas such as consolidation, reporting, treasury, risk management and tax.You will be part of the HQ Finance team reporting to the Senior Finance Director and join a team of 10 engaged colleagues. The team is anchored within the CFO-area and is characterized by a diverse and international working environment with constant focus on driving impact for 3shape and developing our employees. You will work closely with the CFO and the rest of 3shape’s Finance Management, and you will, furthermore, have exposure to board level in the form of 3shape’s Audit Committee which is overseeing the execution of our Finance Strategy.Key responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end responsibility for developing and executing 3shape’s Finance Strategy.
  • Facilitating and contributing to new Finance projects from idea generation to implementation. Responsibilities could span from facilitating workshops with various finance teams to also being a single contributor driving projects on an individual basis.
  • Ensuring changes to Finance processes are successfully anchored with the right delivery teams.
  • Supporting commercial cross-functional projects within our go-to-market strategy and ensure learnings from commercial projects are adopted in the Finance Strategy.
    • What does it take to succeed?
  • Master’s degree within Finance & Business Administration or Economics.
  • Experience within Finance Operations, financial projects and/or finance transformation offices is a benefit. This could be from finance consultancy or a finance role in similar international company.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills, as well as good presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in navigating an international organization, managing key stakeholders across the whole organization and a skill in getting things done.
