Then we have a unique opportunity for you in our Hearing Instruments Group’s Strategy & Program Management Office, where we are looking for an experienced Strategy & Transformation Director.
You can look forward to personal and professional development while you collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business. In this role, you will play a critical role in the delivery and value realization of larger transformations and strategic initiatives across the Hearing Instruments Group and towards other business units within the Demant group.
You will take a leading end-to-end role in strategy development and support driving the strategy process and agenda in the respective functions. Through a business partnering approach, act as transformation lead for large strategic initiatives and transformations. In addition, you will;

Then we have a unique opportunity for you in our Hearing Instruments Group’s Strategy & Program Management Office, where we are looking for an experienced Strategy & Transformation Director.
You can look forward to personal and professional development while you collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business. In this role, you will play a critical role in the delivery and value realization of larger transformations and strategic initiatives across the Hearing Instruments Group and towards other business units within the Demant group.
Key Responsibilities
You will take a leading end-to-end role in strategy development and support driving the strategy process and agenda in the respective functions. Through a business partnering approach, act as transformation lead for large strategic initiatives and transformations. In addition, you will;
- Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges and transformations to improve leadership decisions.
- Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well – oversight of planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
- Develop robust systems and processes for data collection and reporting on strategic initiatives, incl. KPI’s.
- While working across the business, identify opportunities for operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute effective and targeted communication strategies.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience within management consulting or similar roles within larger international companies, working with strategy, transformation, and larger strategic projects.
- As a person, you naturally develop trust-based relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Deep strategy understanding and the ability to quickly identify dependencies and slice complex problems into smaller tangible bits in an analytical fact-based manner.
- Great strategic communication skills.
- You have a data-driven mindset and possess a multitude of diverse tools within strategy development, transformation and communication.
