PR Manager, Global Marketing

Job description and areas of responsibility:
As PR Manager, you will support in leading PR, Influencer & Event strategy and activation. You will work alongside and support the Global PR Director in developing and driving the planning, creation and activation of all PR & Influencer campaigns globally and in local markets. You will have direct responsibilities for managing market communications and cross functional integrated planning.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the development of the global PR, Events and Influencer Briefs & Guidelines, focusing on creativity, brand, integrated planning, activation and evaluation, which is integrated and part of the overall global marketing campaigns
• Own the process to ensure all other internal marketing teams, regions and markets are aligned and on-board with the ongoing activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported
• Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including social, digital, retail, design, CRM and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activity is aligned
• Support in all PR & Influencer listening tools, setting the KPIs and objectives to ensure we can evaluate the value of our influencer investment and ROI
• Coordinate campaign recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the media landscape, focusing on the digital and social sphere, and how our target audience groups are reacting and interacting within

You will report directly to the Global PR Director in global Group Marketing.

What is needed to succeed:
To succeed as PR Manager, we imagine that you have a degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field. Adding to that, you are a strong strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of marketing PR and communications, including minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in marketing communications, campaign development and execution at an international level
• Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions
• Broad understanding of, and passion for, the fashion/jewellery industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel maximum 20 days a year to key markets for PR and influencer activation, as well as events.
