Manage and execute our Global PR strategy and activities
We are looking for a new colleague in our Global Marketing team with an ambitious mind, an inspiring positive attitude to lead our global PR strategy and activities.You will be responsible for developing the global PR strategy and in close collaboration with our local markets ensure that it is executed effectively to increase the awareness and position of Audika as the preferred Hearing Care brand.

This includes an exciting array of responsibilities:

  • Strategic development, planning and management of PR
  • Managing the annual PR plan and editorial calendar
  • Development of global PR concepts, campaigns, and content – also with a focus on writing press releases or other relevant texts
  • Work closely with our markets in executing the global PR strategy and support them in their market-specific PR activities
  • Follow up with markets to ensure that the PR strategy and initiatives are executed effectively
  • Work with key stakeholders to establish an advocacy strategy
  • Proactively identify any potential PR opportunities in the market to create awareness about Audika
  • Monitor the media and create monthly reports on all press coverage obtained by Audika

Your backpack
We imagine that you hold a relevant master’s degree or have a background as a journalist; either way, we expect some years of experience from a similar position or maybe from working in the PR consultancy industry. We expect that you are a strong communicator, are used to presenting and writing concepts and campaigns, have a flair for storytelling and will champion PR to secure efficiency and best practice. Most importantly you bring a can-do-attitude and a profound strategic, commercial, and creative mindset.

As interacting with multiple stakeholders is part of your day-to-day activities, we expect you to build and maintain relationships across the organization. You have excellent collaboration skills and a desire to work together with people. You take initiative and decision-making comes naturally to you, as does the ability to think ahead and identify opportunities for improvement within your area of responsibility.
