What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a skilled communications professional to take on the role as our Global PR expert working from our office in New York. Through PR, analyst relations, events and other corporate communications strategies and tactics. You’ll be responsible for positioning Templafy as a global thought leader and category winner within enterprise document creation.

What you’ll do:

• Manage global PR activities and media relations in collaboration with PR agencies and directly with journalists.
• Responsible for global earned media plan and identifying relevant PR stories.
• Responsible for Analyst Relations and positioning Templafy in Gartner, Forrester, etc.
• Writing pitches, press releases and talk-tracks.
• Work across departments (fx. Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, CS, etc.) to identify relevant stories and thought leaders.
• Function as an advisor on media relations for the executive team and prepare spokespersons to meet the press.
• Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives

Desired skills and experience

• Ability to formulate and execute a clear strategy for building thought leader status and brand positioning.
• Experience with PR and analyst relations from a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to develop and implement global PR campaigns, creating media outreach materials and handling press enquiries.
• Clear understanding and prior experience from working with analyst firms such as Gartner and Forrester.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with building thought leadership and brand through events.
