Server Quality Assurance IT Specialist

About the job

You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating the configurations of incoming server assets before they are put into operation. Based on a well-described process for implementing an asset, you will become the final link of checking the quality of the setup and ensure that the individual asset is ready for operation. If the configuration is not correct, it is reported back to the executing implementation consultant who must adjust the setup before the operational acceptance test can be completed. On selected assets, an operating procedure must be established in collaboration with the customer and eventual third party, which must ensure knowledge of the future handling of the asset. Ongoing quality checks on commissioned assets will also be performed in collaboration with Operations to ensure optimal operation.

You will join our Quality Assurance team

You will be a part of a global team with locations in Denmark and Czech Republic. Your colleagues have a close collaboration both regarding technical sparring and socializing despite of the long geographical distances. Within our small team we chat with each other daily and have weekly meetings. Since Quality Assurance is a part of the department Client Services, we do also arrange monthly Funny Thursdays with the other teams, and we organize workshops as well to learn more about the different IT systems that we work with every day.

What do you bring?

• Experience working with server assets and IT environments in general
• Preferably, you have experience with Quality Assurance or a similar OAT tester role
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
