About this opportunity

At Identity and Access Management (IAM) we provide centralised and standardised Identity and Access Management services and act as single point of contact for all units within Nordea acquiring these services. IAM belongs to the Cyber Security area within Nordea.
You will be part of a team consisting of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Subject Matter Experts however, you will work in an agile setting with virtual teams in our Agile Release Train. We are currently in the journey of creating an agile environment and you will have the opportunity to form this together with us.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Product Owner you will play an important role in collaborating with our stakeholders, supporting our IAM teams and driving the improvement work around our services.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
You are used to working independently with high level of responsibility and are comfortable in decision making. You have experience from understanding and translating stakeholder needs and requirements and have great analytical skills where you can bring theory into practical usage. You have strong driving force and a structured way of working. An ability to utilize excellent communication skills on many organisational levels will be of great use. You also have strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
