Take part in the journey

As Senior Procurement Partner in the Indirect & IT team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most important indirect spend categories, such as IT, Logistics, Warehouse, Facility Management, property Rentals, MRO and Marketing. All of these categories are in need of massive changes in sourcing strategy, e.g. project creating large opportunities for new and optimized solutions on for example digital solutions, new warehouse and logistics setup or online universe. Additionally, a large network of own stores, property rental with a very large area for optimization.

You will join the small team in Indirect & IT Procurement and report to Manager of Indirect & IT, Rene Wernblad and work closely with the other colleagues in Procurement and stakeholders throughout the organization and across all levels from Shop employees to senior management and across countries. As part of the indirect team, you will have wide responsibility areas and work empowered.

Your palette

We expect you to have a strong business acumen securing sustainable cost optimization and value creation and to have a strong result orientation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are central. We expect you to have a holistic and strategic outlook to secure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective and you are a team player.

Additionally, we expect you to have:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with strategic procurement
• Extensive experience within Indirect procurement area
• Experience with category strategy development & optimization lever deployment
• Strong negotiation and Project management skills
• A Master’s Degree, in Business Administration, Legal, Economics, Engineering or similar
