Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a professional and experienced profile for our strong Service Delivery Management team, who can understand the customer, balance between being the customer's 'IT manager' and represent IT Relation in the most optimal way. You are accountable to the customer and responsible for a stable operation and high-quality deliverables.

You will be part of Service Delivery Management - a team of 16 competent colleagues. We have offices in Herning, Viby, Østerbro and Prague and you decide which location will be your workplace. Everyone is passionate about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to meet our agreements. You will work independently and plan your own working day, respecting the needs of our customers. You can make things happen in a positive and cooperative manner.

Your tasks will include:

• working and building close relationships with our customers, where you are a strong representative of our services
• ensuring and taking responsibility for delivering on our contracts
• reporting according to the contract on the fulfilment of SLAs
• proactively keeping track of operational stability, acting immediately and ensuring basic remediation on deliverables that do not meet SLAs
• take the lead in the ongoing dialogue with the customer, acting proactively and keeping a finger on the pulse
• engage in a broad and constructive collaboration across IT Relation functions, subcontractors, and offshore partners

We expect that:

• you have several years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
• you have knowledge of complex outsourcing agreements involving multiple parties and suppliers
• you are empathetic in your approach to the customer, colleagues, and tasks
• you have an overview, are good at building relationships and exude trustworthiness and authority
• you are professional and business oriented and always think 'customer first'
• you are used to prioritizing, planning, and working independently
• you are structured, persistent, and determined
