If the answer is yes and you have experience as Delivery Manager or Scrum Master, then you have the chance to become part of a highly skilled IT Digital Solutions team consisting of UX/UI designer, developers and solutions architects. We are working in an agile framework, where retrospectives are the key drivers for continuous process improvements.

What will you be doing?
As Delivery Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution perspective towards deliverables. You facilitate processes, planning and execution according to SCRUM guidelines and value. You coordinate the demand with the Product Owners, as well as plan and execute with other relevant teams across the organization.

The purpose is to lead your team to find the simplest way to execute and deliver products, and to eliminate dependencies and blockers for the team.

• Keep the deliveries on track while keeping the team motivated and successful (in corporation with Team Manager).
• Working with own team but also Delivery Managers from other teams to create PI-plans and Iterations plans (cross team planning).
• Facilitate the Iteration and its activities including ensuring that refinement of coming activities take place.
• Work throughout execution to adaptively resolve any issues that may occur.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the team, through retrospectives and improvement actions.
• Act as “Agile ambassador” and support the agile implementation in the organization.

What we wish to see in you
Experience from previous jobs is an advantage, but more importantly, you must possess curiosity, drive and commitment to learn and deliver. It is a requirement that you see the big picture in planning, but also pay attention to the devil that sometimes hides in the details. Furthermore, good communicative skills and team involvement are prerequisites for getting alignment about expectations and explore the possibilities for delivering great experience to the end users.

The Digital Solutions team is part of Solar Group IT department. In total we are approx. 100 internal IT colleagues and we cover everything from server maintenance and IT support to development of new features and integrations, but also large IT implementations. When needed we get assistance from external consultants. Group IT is represented in all Solar-countries, but primarily at the headquarter in Vejen and in Lodz, Poland.
