Summary
Procurement is part of Group Operations that covers the end-to-end Supply Chain process i.e. plan, source, make, and deliver. The role of Strategic Procurement is to create value for STG, growing competitiveness at expected TCO. On its maturity journey, Procurement is reinforcing its end-to-end processes, the governance and quality of its masterdata and is rolling-out a solid digital landscape to support Source-to-Pay process flow. STG’s technology platforms are SAP and Ivalua. The location of this position will be preferably in Waalre (closeby Eindhoven), The Netherlands, or in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Team is international, and all are dedicated to delivering outstanding results and going the extra mile to succeed. You will report to the SVP, Global Strategic Procurement.

What you can expect in, as an Operational Procurement Specialist:
• Perform content enablement activities, including creating and maintaining purchasing catalogues, web forms, purchasing policies;
• Perform supplier enablement activities, such onboarding suppliers on Ivalua platform and enable them to transact POs and invoices with STG;
• Support Ivalua system administration, upgrades and enhancement requests;
• Manage user inquiries and requests, including monitoring Ivalua support tickets (TopDesk);
• Collaborate with the Master Data Management (MDM) team, as Data Steward for vendors (design the maintenance of processes, rules and dashboards).

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role)
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics or similar discipline;
• 2 years of experience in purchasing (purchase requisitions, purchase order) and supplier relationship;
• You master the end-to-end Procurement flow;
• Experience or participated in project management is considered as a plus;
• International mind-set and skilled at collaborating across teams in an international company;
• You see yourself as a structured, process-driven, hands-on and tech-savvy person who has an appetite for change;
• You are at ease working in a digital environment and give improvement to digital solutions;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work with various stakeholders, colleagues and vendors;
• Experience working with an ERP, ideally SAP (S4/HANA) and/or a P2P software (Coupa, Ariba, ideally Ivalua);
• Complete command of the English language and Spanish as a plus.
