Take part in the journey

As Procurement Partner in the Indirect & GFR team, you will have the opportunity to work with important indirect spend categories, such as Facility, marketing, property rentals and broad portfolio within the goods for resell categories, such as tools and accessories. All of these categories are in need of massive changes in sourcing strategy, e.g. project creating large opportunities for new and optimized solutions. Additionally, large network of own stores, property rental with a very large area for optimization.

You will join the small team in Indirect & GFR Procurement and report to Manager Rene Wernblad and work closely with the other colleagues in Procurement and stakeholders throughout the organization and across all levels from Shop employees to senior management and across countries. As part of the indirect team, you will have wide responsibility areas and work empowered.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Development of category sourcing strategies, cost optimization, risk mitigation and value creation
• Market investigations, price benchmark, commercial modelling, TCO analysis and cost break-down
• Tendering, negotiations
• Contracting & contract management
• Supplier performance management and relations management with key suppliers
• Participate in or drive various functional initiatives to develop Procurement and deliver on the Flügger strategy

Your profile

We expect you to have a strong business acumen securing sustainable cost optimization and value creation and to have a strong result orientation. Strong collaboration and communication skills are central. We expect you to have a holistic and strategic outlook to ensure solutions are optimized in an end-to-end perspective and you are a team player.

Additionally, we expect you to have:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with strategic procurement
• Extensive experience within Indirect procurement area
• Experience with category strategy development & optimization lever deployment
• Strong negotiation and Project management skills
• A Master’s Degree, in Business Administration, Legal, Economics, Engineering or the like
