Procurement Associate/Expeditor, Power-to-X

Your new team

We are looking for a Procurement Associate to join our team of 50 committed colleagues and contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions by developing a state-of-the-art PtX-plant – the first of its kind.

Your new role

The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated Procurement Team in our PtX-department and play an important role in the team:

Your tasks will include:

• Procurement expediting which includes monitoring order status and a close dialogue with our suppliers and contractors to follow up that delivery milestones are met.
• Control of invoices and maintaining procurement records.
• Drafting variation orders, P.Os, and issuing RFQs for standard components.
• Assisting the O&M team with issuing orders for service contracts.
• Administration of framework agreements, bank guarantees, and other documents.
• Assist with the implementation of an ERP system (Dynamics / Business Central) in the PtX- department and become a superuser of the system.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
• Other ad hoc procurement tasks.

Job prerequisites

• Experience from a supporting role within procurement.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably SharePoint and Dynamics/Business Central.

You have a positive mindset, and you are service-minded and proactive. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and you are committed to delivering high quality while you keep and maintain the overview to meet deadlines. You are a dedicated team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
