The Digitalisation & Processes team is part of Vestas Global Procurement and is a diverse team of highly motivated project managers, working to transform and digitalise the way we work at Vestas. We are located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen) and with a growing support team located in Manila and Chennai that we work very closely with.
As a Lead Analyst in Digital Procurement, your stakeholders will include people from all over Vestas and from every level of the business.
We are running a multiple-year Digital Procurement program to digitalise and automate our Procurement processes, including implementation of SAP Ariba as the chosen platform for supplier collaboration. We are implementing several Ariba modules across Vestas and your role will be to lead one or more of the implementation projects

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Ariba in Vestas, delivering the project on time, within scope and within budget
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables, while engaging and leading a project team with stakeholders from IT and various parts of the business
- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress, together with monitoring and reporting on project progress and deliverables and project progress
- Identify and manage risks and work with team to find ways to mitigate
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in
- Implement Ariba globally and manage change when necessary to meet project goals
- Lead and drive the training of end users, suppliers and support team
- Define and set up project reporting and benefits tracking and evaluate and assess project results
Qualifications
- Relevant master's degree within supply chain, procurement, business administration or similar
- Some years of experience with Project Management from a large, international organisation
- Experience with complex supply chains and/or sourcing and contracting processes is an advantage
- Experience with Ariba or other IT projects in general is an advantage
- Ability to analyse business pain points and translate them into improvement solutions
- Experience of leading and driving work of informal and remote teams
