As a Senior Sourcing Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sourcing process from request for information to signed contract in close collaboration with our Clinical Research Unit, other Procurement areas, Legal and external suppliers. Your main tasks will include: Managing supplier relationships as well as supplier related risks to make sure the Clinical Research Unit sourcing strategy is embedded in operations Being involved in following up on supplier deliverables in the Clinical research unit and ensuring these are aligned with our expectations Acting as a procurement partner to the area and when required, acting as a bridge to the specialised sourcing units Overseeing the general performance and trends in the area, ensuring high level of compliance and effective procurement processes
Day-to-day operation is a varied mix of above responsibilities and includes a high degree of interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A Master's Degree, with 3-5 years of experience from sourcing in a regulated area Experience in supplier interaction from request to signed contract Good supplier relationship management skills Proven track record of handling complex tasks with multiple stakeholders

In Corporate Procurement, we build strategies and execute improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend of DKK 40 billion related to, e.g. R&D activities, marketing services, travel, professional advisory services, and IT. The R&D and laboratory sourcing department supports the global R&D organization and is responsible for ensuring the products and services supply required to conduct research from a molecule to a product that will help millions of people around the world. We work fact-based and take active leadership for the initiatives we are involved in. We are ambitious, curious, and constantly strive for excellence. We promote a global mindset, collaboration, strong compliance, innovation, dedication to business partnering, and a relentless focus on creating rewarding careers for our people. As part of Global R&D and Lab Procurement, your main office will be at our Bagsværd site, but you are expected to visit the Clinical research unit located in Gentofte, 2-3 days a week.
