We are seeking a global product manager for our existing Xdrop portfolio as well as to bring novel products and technology for single-cell functional analysis to the market.
This position is in our interdisciplinary, dynamic commercial operations team, which works closely with our R&D, applications, and supply chain teams. The whole company shares a vision of better healthcare through the improvement of engineered cell- and gene-based immune therapies.</p The position
We are looking for an experienced product manager to be responsible for coordinating the various activities associated with the Xdrop portfolio, which includes instruments, cartridges, and reagents.
The work includes building close relationships with key customers across different segments, collaborating on product positioning and messaging, analyzing customer feedback, and communicating with R&D, applications, and supply chains teams. You will also support the global sales organization and work closely together with marketing on demand-generating activities and marketing material.</p You will report to the head of our commercial organization and work at our headquarters, which is north of Copenhagen.

Main responsibilities
- Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for the Xdrop portfolio and the product positioning and messaging
- Drive market development activities, working closely together with applications and R&D teams</li
- Work closely with marketing to develop lead generation and awareness tactics as well as to support collateral development
- Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers to ensure successful adoption of products
- Provide voice-of-customer feedback and perform market research identifying new areas for customer and business value
- Support global sales and customer support teams through customer visits and regular communication with end-users
- Conduct technical sales presentations on-site and online for customers and and at conferences
- Collaborate sales and supply chain on the forecasting process to address demand, exceptions, etc.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the life science and/or cell biology market
- Demonstrated experience in launching products in the life science market
- Customer-facing experience
- A Master’s or PhD, preferably in the life sciences
- An understanding of mammalian cell technologies, including flow cytometry and FACS
- Capably of building credibility and relationships across functions and levels within and outside the organization
- Strong organizational capability, with the ability to work independently and to collaborate with colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with the customer and across multi-disciplinary teams within Samplix.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of working time
Additional advantageous experience
- Experience with culturing (primary) human immune cells and a basic understanding of developing cellular therapies, including CAR-T/ CAR-NK, TCR-T, and/or TIL therapies A good understanding of the needs for cell biology products and technologies in the academia, biotech and pharma
