How to contribute to our vision
In this role you are going to be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the agile team backlog. Your aim will be to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
You will take care of the program backlog refinement and prepare for program increment planning sessions, including user story definitions and assisting the agile development teams with clarifications necessary to support story estimating and sequencing. You will define, maintain, and prioritize the agile team backlog and participate in team demos and retrospectives.
We expect you to drive the agile product development, motivate and support the development teams, conduct stakeholder workshops, including the presentation of the developed product at different stages.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for a professional, who has been working in the product management domain of agile IT / SW solutions.
You have excellent communication skills and a solid track record of operational leadership in multidisciplinary SW development projects and teams. This includes several years of experience in digital transformation and preferably certifications as product owner in the software development domain.
You should have a good understanding of the renewable energy industry business, specifically wind.
You have excellent English verbal and written language skills; a good understanding of German and/or Spanish language and culture is advantageous. You have a master in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable.
