As our Global customer insights manager you will..
- Fill the role of primary quantitative research specialist providing close insights support to your stakeholders in other teams, incl. Product portfolio management, Marketing, R&D
- Scope, plan, conduct and report quantitative insights studies independently
- Take responsibility for running and further developing the quarterly Nilfisk Global NPS program
- Support larger qualitative insights studies and handle smaller qualitative studies independently

Your new team
In the Global insights team, we strive to be trusted advisors providing insights-based recommendations, sparring and inspiration to our stakeholders across business areas globally. We are a small team, but we punch above our weight class as key influencers on business-critical tactical and strategic decisions.
These are a few of the exciting key questions and topics we have been diving into:
- How will Covid-19 impact the role and value of clean for our customers?
- What key needs do we need to meet to provide optimal value and user experience in the design of our solutions ranging from floorcare machines to digital services?
- Which key trends within tech, business and compliance shape our customers’ mindset and needs?
- How satisfied are our customers with Nilfisk products and services – and what should we prioritize to improve?
In the team, we create an environment where it is safe and expected to share your ideas, and challenge other team members ideas, so we can find the best solution. We are always on the lookout for identifying new insights needs to support our stakeholders and our business. What would make you a good match for us?
- Experience working professionally with quantitative research and methodologies
- Experience in planning, scoping and leading quantitative research projects
- Professional experience with qualitative research and methodologies like in-depth interviews
- Experience working with stakeholders in other business areas e.g., with providing insights-based recommendations and sparring
- Educational background: MA in Social Science, Sociology, Business school or equivalent
- As English is our corporate language, you speak and write it well.
- Good Power Point and Excel skills
