The IT department is part of Group Support Functions servicing all locations and all parts of the company. We are 30 dedicated employees in Denmark, Philippines, Sri Lanka and India, covering infrastructure, applications, consultancy, service and support.

The profile we are looking for:
- You have a good understanding of IT applications, architecture and integrations between applications.
- You have been working with IT projects.
- You are used to working with and understanding business processes.
- You have a relevant education and have 8+ years of experience working with IT, ideally from a similar role.
- Your background may be as a senior application consultant with an aspiring project manager, or project manager with a technical twist
- You are organized by nature, and have a natural flair for keeping project members informed and involved, preparing straight-to-the-point minutes of meetings and presentations for various stakeholders
- You have the ability to carry out several tasks at once without losing focus
- You have good communication skills and you are able to establish open cooperative relationships.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English, and it is an advantage if you speak and understand Danish

Your key responsibilities as a Project Delivery Manager:
- Be our CIO’s right hand in keeping track of progress in various high-level projects and prepare decision papers and presentations for steering committees etc.
- Proactively identify, review and act on risks and opportunities in projects.
- Lead some IT projects in the development, integration and implementation phases together with colleagues in the IT department.
- Liaise with our key business users and business owners regarding projects, requirements and roadmaps.
