As Student Assistant in TotalEnergies EP Denmark (TEPDK), you will get to understand the Oil and Gas industry. Moreover, this role gives you the opportunity to share knowledge, gain cultural intelligence and become part of a collective success in terms of cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary teams. Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will be responsible of the team shared mailbox. You will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks independently. Thus, you will be given a clear area of responsibility which will depend to a certain extent on your experience, personality, and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across the team.

- Maintain open orders, update delivery dates, prices etc.
- Correspondence with vendors
- Close collaboration with buyers
- Inform the requisitioner of any changes in delivery date, changes to material etc.
- Check if order acknowledgements correspond to the placed POs
- Create, maintain, and update vendor master data
- Create and maintain Due Diligence
- Updates of excel sheets, e.g., due diligence and master data lists
- Creation of invoice to limited vendors
- Creation of contracts in SAP
- Ad hoc tasks
