International Brand Manager – Beer, Cider and RTD


Are you ready to lead and develop in a 360-degree marketing role for Royal Unibrew´s International beer, cider and ready-to-drink portfolio? Can you read market opportunities and create successful plans for our brands? Are you a Master of Digital Marketing and activation?

At Royal Unibrew, we are on a journey to take our brand portfolio to the next level – and we are looking for an insightful, market oriented and dynamic brand manager with a strong personality to join our team.

Create growth plans with key markets, and act as brand driver and guardian
As International Brand Manager, you will join our international Marketing team with focus on one of the two strategic pillars, i.e. beer/cider/RTD and non-alcoholic beverages, each lead by a strategy manager. Responding to a strategic manager, and working directly with priority market specialists, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth for our portfolio of brands within beer, cider & rtd.

Lead digital marketing development

As an additional and specific area of responsibility you take ownership and provide leadership in the development of ambitious, engaging and market relevant digital strategies that help optimizing brand identities, equities and consumer franchises across markets.

Your key tasks include:

  • Managing a budget and acting as brand portfolio (Beer, Cider and RTD) profit and loss guardian across all markets
  • Managing portfolio brands and ensuring timely delivery on commercial brand and market plans
  • Optimising your specific portfolios as well as managing product/pack/price strategies
  • Managing solid brand platforms and creating engaging brand activation programs and content - above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL)
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to support portfolio growth
  • Specifically lead and develop the benchmark for digital brand activation and communication across brands

Take on a new approach to brand management
Working with our key export markets, you play an important role in developing annual portfolio and brand plan that drives for commercial growth. You develop and align plans with our regional directors and market specialists, and you drive internal and external processes to efficiently execute for growth. You work within the international marketing team to align and optimize commercial plans and activities in priority markets and look to colleagues across the organization for inspiration and best practices.

Sharing knowledge, working smarter, and with a holistic portfolio perspective, you actively “contribute and challenge” with your expertise and brand management experience.

You will take lead in developing a new and ambitious approach to digital marketing across brands and markets. Colleagues and partners will seek your advice on how to best employ and utilize digital communication tools to effectively drive brand awareness and consumer experiences to support market growth.

Experienced brand manager with a strong understanding of FMCG


  • You have 5 years of relevant experience with brand management combined with a strong foundation within FMCG. Experience within beverage category is an advantage, but not a must.
  • You have experience in making decisions based on data and analysis, and you have a personal track record of successfully developing and executing brand plans
  • You are an ambitious result-oriented team player that engage and stimulate colleagues, team members and relevant stakeholder´s in general.
  • You hold a relevant university degree at master’s level.
  • You have a high proficiency in English, and possibly French
  • You have a well-equipped toolbox and several successful experiences within digital marketing and communication
