The job
As part of the Information Management department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Solution Delivery Team and for securing progress in all initiatives concerning the development and maintenance of the enterprise data management platform. The position will focus on globalizing the data management process and data integrations, establish the new global data warehouse in a cloud environment, and secure data as a service for our business analysts and report builders all over the world. The Information Management department is going through a restructuring phase, where new profiles are being on-boarded to deliver on the increasing business needs for good quality data and insights. We are located in both Eersel (NL) and Copenhagen (DK).

The job
As part of the Information Management department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Solution Delivery Team and for securing progress in all initiatives concerning the development and maintenance of the enterprise data management platform. The position will focus on globalizing the data management process and data integrations, establish the new global data warehouse in a cloud environment, and secure data as a service for our business analysts and report builders all over the world. As a Solution Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Effectively manage internal and external developers and ensure that all products are delivered successfully according to scope, quality, schedule and budget.
- Drive agile methodology and techniques into the practices of the delivery team.
- Set and manage the prioritization of projects and change requests where business interests are often competing for resources.
- Coordinate with the architecture and technical operations teams on the best performing and most cost-effective solutions to meet business requirements.
- Investigate new technologies and methodologies to drive the continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a development team to success in a global data management implementation with high complexity.
- Strong project management skills and proven experience working with agile development methodologies and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud stack
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, execute projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear, concise and timely communication skills, with proven ability to summarize information at the audience-appropriate amount of detail
