As Business Insights Manager you will lead a team responsible for delivering the back bone to strengthen our leadership position, enabling sustainable business growth. With a wealth of data we firmly believe this should be the base for all our decisions, throughout our business. Whether it is in our three year commercial plan, a new product launch, a key account negotiation or a sales call in a store, everything is fueled by the Business Insights Team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU
You will be a leader of a diverse team of 4 individuals. Together you will take lead and drive our business decisions from an analytical point of view in close collaboration with marketing and sales departments as well as general management.

WHO WE ARE
We are the market entity responsible for the development of the Swedish and Danish market with approx. 45 commercially focused employees backed by central Brand Marketing, COMEX and Business Support teams. We are based at our HQ in Gentofte, Denmark which will be your workplace together with your team. Marketing, Field Sales & Key Account Management are also lead from here. In addition we have three Field sales teams spread across Denmark and Sweden. Our businesses and production sites are spread across the world and so are our 10 000 employees.

- Category development analysis – identifying threats & opportunities
- Key account analysis – building strong business cases
- In store execution – translating data into actionable field force tools
You will also be responsible for the structure and maintenance of:
- CRM System – enabling our field execution
- Central reporting – ensuring a transparent and efficient information flow
- Master Data
