We set ambitious goals and incorporate sustainability into our entire value chain and we are looking for a Group Procurement Analyst who will have a significant role in supporting us on this mission.
Your role
As Group Procurement Analyst you will have a versatile role where deep dive analyses and research are combined with project management and conceptualizing of strategic initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver analytical data for decision making and consulting stakeholders with proven facts and recommendation. In this role you will be deeply involved in operational aspects and lead the analysis and data visibility required to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. A key element in your workday will be interacting with different stakeholders on a global scale and you will get the opportunity to manage larger tender and sourcing projects together with the responsible Category Manager.
The role will give you a chance to unfold your potential as a project manager using your toolbox to support the implementation of strategic procurement projects and to accelerate the process of using data as a central part of the procurement process. You will prepare recommendations for new projects and optimisation projects related to the integration process of new acquired companies in Europe by establishing baseline calculations and savings trackers. Overall, a role where your decisions have an impact on our strategic direction and daily operation.
You will be part of Group Procurement reporting into the Group Procurement Director and you will join a team of skilled and enthusiastic colleagues located in Holstebro (Denmark) and Verolanuova (Italy).

Your primary tasks will be:
- Conducting analyses with relevant stakeholders to determine ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or to enhance operational performance
- Analyse large amount of data with the objective to identify trends and facts based explanations
- Managing tender projects and establish baseline calculation and savings tracker
- Prepare material for negotiations and facilitate the forecasting process
- Support the process of approving new potential suppliers, monitoring market trends and engage with different factories to enable fit for purpose solutions
- Proactively work with internal and external partners to mitigate supply issues
- Support projects related to supplier performance on price, quality, on-time delivery and services
- Manage supply chain and procurement projects for smaller direct spend and facilitate the process for strategic sourcing and supply chain projects
Your profile
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have a natural passion for analysing data and strong problem-solving skills. You are motivated by driving processes and projects and with a business oriented mindset you use your critical thinking skills to make decisions. In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree within Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or similar
- Experience with procurement, global sourcing or supply chain will be an advantage
- A self-starter with the ability and confidence to liaise with contacts at the highest level
- Proficient in the use of Excel and familiarity with operating computerized supply chain MRP systems are required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluid in English, written as well as verbal is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel is required
