Actimo is an employee engagement app that allows companies to efficiently communicate with, train, and lead non-desk employees! (Yes, people who are not in front of a screen every day!)
Actimo is the fastest growing employee app in the Nordics and over the last two years, have opened offices in Barcelona, Mexico, Guatemala and London, and have clients like Circle K, BMW, ISS, BoConcept and many more.
We are around 50 Actimonians today of 13 different nationalities. We have the ambition to become one of the global market leaders in connecting companies and their employees. We need you on the journey.
The position
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who on a day-to-day basis will ensure the business outcome of two full stack squads as well as be the cross-functional project manager..
We are looking for someone who understands how to facilitate the best outcome by making the right facilitation with design and tech. A self-driven and confident communicator who works cross-functional, with clients and stakeholders.
Our two squads are located in Copenhagen and Barcelona, with projects being cross-border and cross-functional. We are virtually connected (Slack, Hangouts, good karma) and meet up for hackathons and shared events. Your will be based in Copenhagen, however travelling to Barcelona occasionally is part of the job. The squads include Product design, front-end and back-end development, and QA.
Your closest allies outside the squad will be Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, our customers, and the end users, the thousausand of employees using the app every day. Your reference is the COO and Head of Product (the same person!).

Main responsibilities
- Understand our business strategy and delivering product outcome
- Manage the roadmap: gather inputs, understand, and then prioritise the work so your squads are always working on the most impactful projects
- Know the problems through research and frequent interaction with customers and stakeholders; define and frame those problems for the team
- Coordinate the projects, large and small and master a balance between quality, cost, and deadlines.
- Scope the solutions to their smallest coherent slices to ship to customers as early as you can
- Catch the curve balls of daily challenges, come with ideas, and make decisions with design and tech about what to do.
- Sign off the project quality, user acceptance test, evaluating with beta testers and hand over the final product to Product Marketing, Support and Customer Success.
- Monitor all product metrics and evaluate if our solutions solves problems as expected.
Desired skills and experience
- 3+ years experience with digital product or project management
- You have a business, tech, or design background, and are able to think deeply about the interaction between business, tech and design.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS-based business model, user journeys or working on a product team.
- Have an understanding of complex web and mobile applications.
- Data driven mindset and analytics power
- Outstanding communication skills, able to navigate with multiple stakeholders
