As our new Procurement Project Manager, you will be part of a Global Procurement team working with strategic procurement across Ramboll globally. We are currently twelve in the department, based in three different countries. We support our colleagues in Ramboll’s Business Support functions to achieve the best agreements with our vendors, we prepare and lead large tender processes, we drive sustainable procurement initiatives, and strive to create transparency for the business on our vendor base and relevant metrics.

- Project/programme design, analysis, planning and implementation together with the Global Procurement team and key stakeholders
- Supporting key procurement initiatives such as strategy development, business partnering/advisory, process management and continuous improvement
- Together with our team in India, you will develop decision and performance management frameworks & metrics

- Strong communication skills. You should be able to manage dialogue with a variety of business stakeholders, and be ready to persist to achieve the needed result
- Proven experience with project and change management

- The ability to handle repetitive tasks from time-to-time while maintaining a high degree of consistency and a high quality in your work. You have a structured approach to the tasks you are facing and consistently deliver on time
