You will be leading our Global Procurement function
As our new Global Procurement Director you will report to Ramboll’s CFO and lead a Global Procurement function with employees in Denmark, UK and India. We support our colleagues in Ramboll’s Business Support functions to achieve the best agreements with our vendors, we prepare and lead large tender processes, we drive sustainable procurement initiatives, and strive to create transparency for the business on our vendor base and relevant metrics. We are now moving into supporting the core business on direct spend categories.

You will be leading our Global Procurement function
As our new Global Procurement Director you will report to Ramboll’s CFO and lead a Global Procurement function with employees in Denmark, UK and India. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Managing a cross-functional team of category managers responsible for all areas of indirect spend together with the Business Support functions
- Organisational development and talent development of the team, showing leadership and acting as a senior sparring partner to the lead category managers
- Senior stakeholder management, representing the Procurement function towards Ramboll’s executive management
- Driving contract compliance
- Continuously improving Procurement tools and capabilities, developing into Direct/Project spend support
- Overall responsibility for major procurement projects such as development of Responsible Procurement programme

- You hold a relevant Master’s level degree
- You have solid leadership experience, demonstrated by 5+ years as a leader
- You can demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial mindset, either from a central Procurement function or from another relevant position, such as within contract and commercial management

- You come with a mindset of continuous improvement, and you can translate ideas into practicable solutions, which bring value to the company and our stakeholders
- You are comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
