As Product Engineer you will work cross-functionally with our Design Ops Department and PD Teams to identify and offer cost neutral solutions for at risk Quality and engineering challenges at Ideation/concept stage (CAD). You will leverage Global Wear test, competitive benchmark testing and historical quality RMA returns insight to improve product quality performance retroactively and proactively from Consumer experience POV. We are looking for a detail oriented professional who can manage a dynamic role partnering across our full value chain as we bring the most compelling product in the industry to our innovative distribution channel.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Consult on Design, product engineering and quality related considerations from Consumer POV.
- Manage closed loop RMA product improvement processes and communication
- Select up to 10% of new concepts, supporting Pandora Global Wear Test process
- Assist in establishing Brand quality standards and performance expectations
- Drive Product Improvement running changes to support Pandora RMA% Targets, support Retail product recall and quality escalation investigations.
- Weekly alignment with GQA Manager, and DCs on Market quality trends that can affect running change product and component improvements
As Product Technician, you should be willing and able to travel up to 20 days a year.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum of 3 years of diverse experience in jewellery manufacturing operations with an emphasis on Quality Assurance Management, RS and Physical Testing Compliance
- Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic service oriented environment that is ever changing based on factory schedule constraints and delivery expectations with minimal supervision, as well as in a team situation
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Experience in working with and supporting production and development teams
- Sound judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to exercise effective time management and planning skills
