In Global Procurement & External Supply, we are currently looking for a Procurement GxP Coordinator for our site in Copenhagen.
As a Procurement GxP Coordinator, you will ensure and enhance the Quality in our procurement activities.
A significant part of the position is to plan, lead, and drive procurement-related GxP changes across the Direct Spend and Indirect Spend categories.
You will primarily be allocated to activities on our site in Copenhagen, although, you may also be required to support or drive activities on other sites.
You will interact with our Category Managers and Procurement Specialists as natural stakeholders for your activities on a daily basis, but you will also be supporting the implementation of strategies and policies.
It is a key to success that you cooperate closely with our operations, since the position will greatly influence our ability to manufacture and bring pharmaceutical products to the market.
Occassional travel activity to suppliers and other Xellia sites should be expected.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- identify, drive, and lead continuous improvement efforts
- plan GxP changes as projects and get buy-in from stakeholders
- develop sustainable solutions and run effectiveness checks
- understand and drive GxP changes across the Indirect Spend and Direct Spend categories from initiation until conclusion and closure
- follow up and implement input from stakeholders in GxP changes
- execute initiatives which will support the strategy implementation
- ensure stakeholder management at all levels
- understand and provide input to category strategies
Qualifications
We envisage that you:
- have a diploma or a Master Degree in engineering or natural science
- have approx. 2 years of experience from a GxP regulated environment
- are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
- have a high level of IT literacy
- pay attention to details and are comfortable with delivering good results under time pressure
- have a high degree of business acumen and willingness to understand and describe complications in the pharmaceutical industry
- have the ability to handle a number of concurrent tasks
