Working in Global Indirect Procurement, you will become part of a global organisation covering the indirect spend of Pandora, which covers several different spend categories related to Fixtures & Furnitures (F&F), Point of Sales Material (POSM), IT & Digital, Warehouse & Logistics and Professional Services. Your primary task will be to support your colleagues on procurement-related analyses, initiatives, activities and mainly F&F operation-related tasks.
As a Student Assistant in Global Indirect Procurement, you will be offered an opportunity for both personal and professional development in a global organisation with a full value chain. You will get exposed to a variety of tasks in the field of procurement and work with stakeholders from all levels in the organisation. Your assignments will vary, but they will typically be related to:
- Support of F&F operation-related tasks and initiatives
- Assisting forecasting and supplier coordination globally
- Supporting Procurement colleagues with various procurement activities
- Project management of own smaller projects/tasks
- Various data analysis
- Supporting the implementation of new processes across the global organisation
- Being in dialogue with suppliers on various tasks such as compliance etc.
- Data quality work and ad hoc admin work related to contract management etc.
The role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and your working hours will be 15-20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
Proactive, execution-oriented and a proven high performer
You might be the person we are looking for if you are an enthusiastic team player currently or about to be studying your Master’s Degree – ideally with 2 years before you graduate. You are proactive, hungry and a proven high performer; either through your studies, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience. You are to work independently and not be afraid of taking ownership and initiative. Adding to the mentioned, we hope to see that you have:
- A “can-do” mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and a strong communicator
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- A general interest in Procurement-related disciplines
- Great interpersonal skills as we interact with all departments across Pandora
- Flair for creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint

You will be reporting to the Global F&F Category Manager in Global Indirect Procurement.
