Your mission…

As the Omnichannel Retail Brand Manager you will be the expert of the American Retail Brands' retail activation and expression for all American Retail Brands (Kiehls, It-Cosmetic & Urban Decay) in Denmark. You will lead the orchestration of marketing campaign at retailer level, following the Brand plan (in close collaboration with other flower team members like PBM, OBM, SBM). You will be the voice of the brand in the country. The role reports to the Commercial Director.

You will...

  • Lead the constant evolution of the American Retail Brands' optimal retail experience off and on-line
  • Develop and implement animation in store – podiums and special event areas
  • Create local planograms for skincare & fragrance based on guidelines
  • Provide monthly input on competitive local inputs for brand level analysis (trends, competition activity, retailer activity inputs etc.)
  • Collaborate with and support field sales and retail education in eventing, Beauty Advisor events, client roadshows


You are...

  • You have Marketing experience from a similar role
  • You are fluent in English and Danish
  • You are a strong communicator as well as a proven self-starter with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set
  • You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You are extrovert and have the ability to build connections & networks
  • You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and wants to drive results
