Your mission…
As the Product Brand Manager, your role is to contribute to continued growth of Decléor, a professional skincare brand with exceptional treatments and products using the finest quality essential oils and cutting edge-research. You will help build Decléor’s position in the Nordic region through impactful marketing and working closely with Education, Logistics, Controlling and Sales. The role requires a commercial mindset and the ability to master both B2B and B2C marketing. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader: SkinCeuticals & Decléor
You will…
- Implement the overall marketing strategies in all sales channels
- Plan and implement new launches based on international recommendations, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue through creative campaigns based on consumer knowledge and the needs of our clients
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (360/Digital/Retail/PR) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences:
- Adapt or develop marketing material to local market (imagery, digital, point of sale)
- Implement and manage PR & Influencer strategies
- Provide convincing rationale and storytelling for commercial and trade
- Guarantee the brand identity by ensuring all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
- Mobilize and work with other departments to reach your targets (Sales, Logistics, Education, etc.) and external agencies
- Own the Marketing & budget planning for your brand (sell out and marketing investments)
- Own the forecasting process
- Help prepare sales meetings and events
You are...
- You have 2+ years’ experience from a similar role
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in another Nordic language is a plus
- You take responsibility and lead your projects, small as big, with enthusiasm from start to end
- You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to transform data and insights into actionable strategies
- You meet deadlines and prioritize your work according to them
- You keep overview and think ahead
- You work independently but understand the importance of involving several stakeholders in your work
