Your mission

As the Nordic Product Manager your role is to build the yearly strategy on the categories/brands and shape the Nordic recommendation for local implementation. You will lead and support the countries to ensure they have the best possible tools, products, and strategies to win in the markets based on their current context and needs while driving the overall brand priorities. The role reports to the Nordic Brand Business Leader for L’Oréal Paris. We are looking for an ambitious Product Brand Manager that is interested in the beauty business, who enjoys working with a fast-paced dynamic team, craves more brand responsibility and has a strong desire to put his/her mark on the largest beauty brand in the world: L’Oréal Paris. You will...

  • Drive the strategic direction of our products to win in the Nordic markets
  • Determine, select and animate your assortment for the Nordic countries across different channels
  • Own the paid media plan/strategy and execution for your category, according to budget.
  • Own the product & brand expression throughout the consumer journey
  • Sell-out analysis and performance tracking at period level and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Create and develop the Story telling based on strong consumer insights for the category and new launches/products to support the RBM with trade presentation for top Nordic clients
  • Be the voice of the Nordic markets to European headquarters and the zone partners
  • Ensure strong collaboration with key stakeholders across Nordic teams to create the best possible solutions and plans across the Nordic countries


You are...

  • You have some relevant experience in marketing, preferably from the FMCG industry
  • You have excellent communication skills, being fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language
  • You are a true entrepreneur that strives to find solutions, new opportunities and test & learn
  • You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers
  • You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work
  • You are a team player with strong collaborative and ca-do approach mindset
