As a Product Release Coordinator, you will be part of the Product Management team and you will have the primary purpose of ensuring the hands-on tasks and key deliverables within product releases and launches. Furthermore, this position will solve misc. tasks within Product Management, including documentation, stakeholder management, analysis, project handling etc.
Product Management operates within the exciting intersection of product development and the go-to-market organization. We own the product roadmap and prepare the organization to bring our products to market. We are an easy-going global team who work together to achieve results. The team is based in Milestone headquarters in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
Drive activities in relation to product releases, within the PM responsibilities
• Update and own Milestone Download page as well as Product Lifecycle page
• Assist with coordinating global tech-training.
• Update and drive release collaterals like spec sheet and comparison charts
• Facilitate product management’s deliverables of the Release briefing to product
marketing
Professional Qualifications:
• A project- or business education
• Solid coordination skills
• Process and / or project management or similar experience is a plus
• Desire to work in an operational role
• Software industry experience is an advantage
• Ability to solve tasks, stay calm and meet deadlines and deliverables
• Demonstrated fluency (full spoken, reading, and written proficiency) in English
