Your mission…
As the Product Brand Manager you are the expert of the brand “axe”, its strategy and investment decisions to maximize sell out and enhance brand equity.
You are accountable for driving and implementing the 360 strategy on your products/projects and enthusing the business about them. You focus on sell out performance to grow market share and consumer engagement. You drive the activation process and leverage consumer insights to ensure local relevancy. You support the development of retail and communications campaigns and own the activation implementation. You are the guardian of the brands equity in all actions.
You will...
- Support the Nordic product portfolio management: product vision, strategy and growth plan, Launch retro planning, Book lead, launch dimensioning, price positioning, financial equation and shape the Nordic recommendation for local implementation
- Support the 360 implementation with other team team members (e.g. Retail Brand Manager, Online Brand Manager, Social Brand Manager, Retail Education Manager etc.) across offline and online
- Drive, in close cooperation with the Brand Director, the activation guidelines and execution per country to give clear direction and guidance for Retail Brand Managers and priority on eventing and brand ambassadors
- Facilitate and prepare product/axe budget planning
- Drive the Instagram activation plan in close cooperation with Digital Media Manager and external agency in-line with brand strategy, local calendar and trade plan activation, incl. budget management
- Prepare forecasting, incl. understand and challenge brand forecasting
- Manage In & out list (price list and discontinuation list)
- Facilitate sell out analysis and conclusions and recommendations to share internally, and externally (head quarter)
- Gain consumer insights to support strategic recommendations based on knowledge of consumer, competition and trends
- Drive, in close cooperation with the Brand Director, potential new brand projects om top of existing product scope
You are…
• You have +2 years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry or medical industry
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You have in-depth knowledge of:
o Product positioning and strategy
o Consumers, customers, and competition
o Social media activation do’s/don’t’s and trends
o Agile team and project management methodologies
• You are both creative and an experienced Excel-user, who likes to work with numbers
• You are detail oriented, works in a structured manner and well-organized in your daily work
• You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (written and verbally)
