Your mission…
You will be the expert of the brand’s retail activation and expression for Lancôme in Denmark.
You will own the local implementation of launches and (non-permanent) brand animations, from activity planning, ordering process to the final installation. You will be the voice of the brand in the country, the voice of the country in your brand flower and the face of the brand in front of retailers. Your main focus is on B&M channel but you will keep omni-channel lenses for ensuring smooth and aligned brand execution across channels.

Develop the local trade marketing strategy by channel and shoppers to develop the brand(s) positioning in the market. Develop 360 trade marketing plan per key retailer for launches and brand animations in collaboration with the BAM. Provide country VM with brand priorities and launch timing for the respective brand Champion consumer and shopper insights at the heart of the marketing activities to create a seamless online and in store 360 customer experience. Participate and support key retailer meetings and events with relevant account For launches and updates, define the implementation of the Nordic assortment into local retailer planograms Lead process of local trade PLV development (non-permanent) in accordance to brand guideline. Support the opening of new stores and the improvement of key stores including best practices, store competitor & recommend new service offerings such as personalisation and exclusives. Having a relevant educational background on Master level and +2 years of experience from a comparable job Having great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders - external as well as internal Having an effective, structured, and hands-on approach, with close attention to details Fluent in Danish and in English Having strong digital marketing skills and business acumen Having in-depth experience leading marketing activities in your previous career Consumer behavior focused Proactive and can work independently Having knowledge of how to follow-up and follow-through We are looking for our Retail Brand Manager to start on August, 1st 2023 .
