BAT DENMARK IS LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR EXECUTIVE IN BRAND ACTIVATION FOR 12 MONTHS

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Copenhagen, Denmark

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

BAT Denmark is currently looking for a Junior Executive to join our ambitious and dynamic Brand Activation team, which consists of an offline and digital team. You will be part of the offline team driving the deployment of brand activities in Denmark in relation to both our entertainment and retail universe, and also get the opportunity to network and be exposed to a greater part of the Nordics and Western Europe Area of our business. We are all dynamic professionals that work in an international environment where an ambitious attitude and focused approach is supported greatly by skilled, diverse individuals. You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career, including ongoing feedback and coaching from your manager and peers. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Development of Brand Activation plans for new brand activities & product launches to ensure optimal execution in field
  • Develop agency briefings for new activation projects and campaigns.
  • Identify effective ways to attract and engage consumers through offline consumer activities.
  • Develop, with support of the Activation Manager, the long-term strategic plans for all offline touchpoints.
  • Implement and monitor campaign post-tracking.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

  • Do you have the ability to maintain focus and perform in a constantly evolving environment?
  • Do you have an Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude to drive own projects and take full responsibility of own tasks?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

As the ideal candidate you are pro-active, analytical, and structured, and you are good at move fast to deliver business results. You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team-player.

Furthermore, to succeed in the role, you have:

  • Excellent understanding of market and consumer / shopper dynamics.
  • Finished a Masters degree in Marketing or Business in recent years.
  • Project management experience.
  • Creative and proactive mind-set.
  • Structured with strong communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point user.
  • Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge in one of the Scandinavian languages may be beneficial but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge in Power BI or data analytics may be considered an advantage.
