On behalf of ECS MEP Contractor I /S, we are looking for a Procurement manager.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your work tasks will focus on the following:
•Manage all procuring and purchasing activities
•Establish procurement strategies for acquisition and optimization of quality and cost
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports
•Approve the orders of necessary goods and services
•Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
•Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
•Track the most suitable and competitive suppliers
•Coordinate with procurement department in Italy
•Prepare and update procurement LOG
•5+ years of experience within procurement
•Preferably experience within the construction industry
•Vendor management and negotiations skills
•Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
•Strong organizational skills and decision-making ability
•Working experience with relevant ERP system
•Proficient language skills in both Danish and English, added value italian
•Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
•Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
•Computer literate and fully operational with Microsoft Office applications
•Knowledge of SAP

The Køge Hospital Project is an expansion of the already existing University Hospital in Køge, which will include a complete renovation. When the renovation is complete, it will open to extended special departments, along with new departments for research, which will gather Zealand University Hospital under one single roof. When the work is finished, the hospital will be 195.000 sq m.
