We are looking for a new colleague to join the team of highly specialized Quality Assurance engineers supporting our Electronics manufacturing area and who can contribute with both functional competencies, experience and help us to achieve our quality ambitions and targets.
Main tasks and role
- Drive and execute on RCAs including corrective actions
- Support Manufacturing, Quality Inspectors and NPI development
- Support and drive Non-conforming process and Failure analysis meetings
- Participate in development, maintenance, improvement and implementation of quality processes
- Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance Plans for customer projects
- Act as Terma Quality Point of Contact (PoC) on assigned projects
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the end to end SCQM processes, tools/systems as well as performance management culture
- Utilize a data driven approach to evaluate critical measures of our manufacturing processes to make the necessary adjustments to increase quality and reduce costs
- Participate and be an active player in our Kaizen boards meetings
Your professional qualifications
- 3+ years as Quality Professional, Quality Engineer with a solid knowledge of managing quality requirements
- Relevant educational background with a university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering and or experience in working in the electronics Industry
- Experience in Quality Assurance processes definition, implementation, monitoring and control
- Experience with process optimization e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Business Process Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma etc.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience with statistical analysis
- Knowledge of workmanship standards like IPC 610/620 will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills including fluent Danish and English skills (both orally and in writing)
