You will be working and supporting an exciting part of our production that covers manufacturing of radar systems. With reference to the Senior Quality Manager of Electronics Manufacturing Quality in SCQM, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Quality Excellence. We are looking for a new colleague to join the team of highly specialized Quality Assurance Engineers supporting our Electronics manufacturing area and who can contribute with both functional competencies, experience and help us to achieve our quality ambitions and targets.

We are looking for a new colleague to join the team of highly specialized Quality Assurance Engineers supporting our Electronics manufacturing area and who can contribute with both functional competencies, experience and help us to achieve our quality ambitions and targets.
Main tasks and role
- Drive and execute on Root Cause Analysis including corrective actions
- Support Manufacturing, Quality Inspectors and NPI development
- Support and drive Non-conforming process and Failure analysis meetings
- Participate in development, maintenance, improvement and implementation of quality processes
- Act as Terma Quality Point of Contact (PoC) on assigned projects
- Utilize a data driven approach to evaluate critical measures of our manufacturing processes to make the necessary adjustments to increase quality and reduce costs
- Participate and be an active player in our Kaizen board meetings
Your professional qualifications
- 3+ years as a Quality Professional or Quality Engineer with a solid knowledge of managing quality requirements
- Relevant educational background with a university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering and/or experience from working in the electronics industry
- Experience in Quality Assurance process definition, implementation, monitoring and control
- Experience with process optimization e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience with statistical analyses
- Knowledge of workmanship standards like IPC 610/620 will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent Danish and English (both orally and in writing)
