Use your interpersonal skills to build strong customer relations
Do you have good stakeholder management skills enabling you to build and maintain strong relations with customers? Would you like to join a dynamic matrix organisation, where you will be in charge of a small quality team?
You will join our Global Supply Chain (GSCM) matrix organisation, where you will lead a small Quality team responsible for customer interaction for the rotor segment within the Manufacturing & Material Management area. Your work location will depend on your residence and preferences and can be on one of our blade factories either on the Isle of Wight, UK, or in Nakskov, DK. You should expect to spend approx. 100 days per year travelling to our manufacturing and pre-assembly sites in Denmark and the United Kingdom.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be people manager for the quality team for the rotor segment; a team consisting of two Quality Engineers located in Nakskov, DK. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers on issues related to Blade Quality. Since you will join a matrix organisation, you should expect to have various stakeholders across the entire GSCM organisation as well as towards other internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for:
Organise and host costumer audits and on-site activities Alignment of customer requirements within blades to ensure project compliance Technical lead on customer discussions regarding manufacturing procedures and specifications Facilitate external audits Approve reports on customer visits with agreed action plans Participate in blade health check and process confirmation audits
