In Business Development we are the liaison between BEC’s development organization and the banks’ directors and executive management members.
As a portfolio management analyst, you will have a cross-organizational role between portfolio management and strategy in Business Development. Your tasks will consist of reporting and presentations, which connect the strategy with the portfolio. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop your professional competencies within portfolio management and strategy in BEC, and you will be able to influence your tasks in this role.

As a person you are curious, independent, and proactive. You take responsibility for driving your projects and tasks in cooperation with your stakeholders, you have a structured way of working, and you bring new ideas to the table. You master written and oral communication in both Danish and English, which makes it easy for you to get your messages across in a way that is easily understood.

- To report on the portfolio and strategy to stakeholders
- To build methods, frameworks, and templates in order to streamline and professionalize our communication
- To manage the process of stakeholder management – e.g. by making an annual wheel for Business Development
- The execute portfolio analyzes - e.g. analyzes on the coherence between strategy and project portfolio, cost control, and measurement of progress
- To be responsible for the cooperation between BEC and Copenhagen Fintech
Your profile
As a person you are curious, independent, and proactive. You take responsibility for driving your projects and tasks in cooperation with your stakeholders, you have a structured way of working, and you bring new ideas to the table. You master written and oral communication in both Danish and English, which makes it easy for you to get your messages across in a way that is easily understood.
Besides that, we expect you to be:
- Holding a relevant master’s degree
- Good at communicating to different stakeholders via PowerPoints
- Highly skilled at analyzing, and structuring data and input
- Solution-oriented and able to keep track of your tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball
- Independent in your approach to your tasks
- Interested in the financial sector, fintech, IT, and technology
