Power Solutions Quality Improvements and Processes Process Excellence
Based on market and customer needs, Vestas Power Solutions develops and integrates innovative, reliable, innovative sustainable energy solutions. Process Excellence is responsible for business process management and LEAN, promoting continuous improvements initiatives within Vestas Power Solutions - from Product Management, Project Execution and Product Development to industrialization of our products and services.
We are ready to take the next step on the Process Excellence journey and are ramping up the team. The team has huge interaction with business experts across Vestas Power Solutions and with other important stakeholders across the value chain e.g. Sales, Manufacturing, IT, Sourcing, SCP and Finance.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team of Lean and process specialists within Vestas Power Solutions, who will work constantly on increasing the Process Excellence maturity
• You will as part of the team support definition and implementation of our PEX roadmap
• Your role in the team will be to support with your change management experience and great communication skills enabling productive implementation of change projects and initiatives
• You have the responsibility for supporting and providing change management guidance to improvement initiatives to ensure that transitions are done in the most effective and efficient way
• You are responsible for supporting the team with relevant training and communication in connection with the initiatives as well as implementation
• You will engage in digitalization projects as change management liaison
• You will have responsibility for developing the PEX teams change management capabilities and tools. You will train colleagues in change management tools, methods and best practices
• You are responsible for effective stakeholder management by engaging with various stakeholder across the value chain
• You will draw on your previous experience and you will be expected to encourage innovation and influence the direction of the Power Solution business

Qualifications

• The right candidate has worked in a similar role and participated in transition projects and initiatives
• Academic degree Bachelor level or higher
• 3-5 years' experience within change management in a large international company, for example within Engineering Industry
• Solid business knowledge within the areas of product management, project execution, product development and value chain understanding

Competencies

• Have experience with powerful training and transition communication
• Have solid change management capabilities, e.g. ADKAR or other change management tools and know how to apply them in improvement projects and initiatives
• Have solid stakeholder management skills ensuring engagement and by-in from stakeholders on various levels and across the value chain
• Have good communication skills in English and can communicate effective and convincing are capable of understand the strategic direction and deploy locally
• Have a lot of aspiration and enthusiasm and are striving to deliver strategic and operational results are able to work with no supervision as well as together with others across functional areas
• Have an extrovert/outgoing personality with a creative approach to building stakeholder relationships are comfortable in an innovative work environment
