To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Service Operations Manager for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base in Siemens A/S office in Ballerup. We are looking for a dedicated colleague to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization handling a variety of projects and services within substation automation, the energy distribution infrastructure and Data Centers.

We are looking for a dedicated colleague to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization handling a variety of projects and services within substation automation, the energy distribution infrastructure and Data Centers.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and lead local service team of 3-4 employees
- Take ownership of our existing service contracts, coordinate all service activities, implement and optimize the service execution process
- Manage sub-suppliers and customer relationship in periodic meetings, organize knowledge transfer workshops and follow-up on service recommendations
- Interface and collaborate with the sales and project execution teams, contributing with know-how and best practice information
- Further develop the service business, create technical and commercial concepts and offerings to support sales
- Monitor and follow-up on financial targets and report to business unit management
Your qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar fields of study
- 7+ years business experience from project management, combined with sales and business development. Experience working internationally and leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Experience with substation automation and protection systems is a plus
- Ability to build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
- Eager to learn and grow while working structured and analytical, at the same time being able to prioritize activities within strict timelines
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
- Business proficient in English. Danish and other European languages are a plus
