We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day serviced living operations in Denmark reporting to the Serviced Living Lead Denmark. The person will be part of the International NREP serviced living team and work alongside the NREP, Noli Studios and UMEUS family.
Operation Manager job responsibilities:
As our Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the community team and managing the day-to-day operations on the sites in Denmark and you will be a key role in scaling the NREP Serviced Living operations in Denmark.

Operation Manager job responsibilities:
As our Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the community team and managing the day-to-day operations on the sites in Denmark and you will be a key role in scaling the NREP Serviced Living operations in Denmark.
We will also need you to:
- Run and participate in large project (digitalization projects, system landscape, customer satisfaction etc.)
- Developing and digitalize the customer journey, customer experience, community experience and service delivery
- Participating in commercial sales, marketing, letting management and pricing activities
- Participate in introducing and setting up Noli Studios in Denmark
- Secure brand implementation on sites
- Recruiting, training and leading the community team that will deliver customer and community experiences and asset management
- Supervising HR related processes such as job contracts, terms and compensation
- Continuous co-operation with main partners, suppliers and service providers, developing operating models and processes
- Assisting with commercial and operational input as needed for ongoing and future development projects
- Participate in the launch of new sites
Work hours & Benefits:
- The position is with direct reference to Serviced Living Lead Denmark
- Working hours is Monday to Friday

- Interest in working across borders and being part of the International serviced living team
- Relevant academic or business administration degree
- Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written

- UMEUS 'development portfolio consists of approximately 10 projects
- Siljangade -co-working and co-living site, Siljangade, live and in operations since 1. July 2021
- NOLI's development portfolio consists of 5 sites in Finland, with 2 opened in Helsinki fall 2019 and 1 opened in Helsinki fall 2021. 3 other projects are under construction in Finland and currently 2 sites are under construction in Denmark and 3 other sites having exclusivity and local plan and awaiting planning and building permits.
