Join sanofi as Nordic Demand and Operations Manager Vaccines. The Demand Planning & Operation Manager contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by developing the best support to customers in all 8 North Europe countries through effective management of sales forecasting, product supply, allocation deployment in coordination with European Supply Chain Business Partner while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The incumbent is managing from planning to its execution in close collaboration with the distributors, Customer Service platforms, Global Supply Chain and transversally with local country teams.
This is a permanent role with limited travel expected.
Available locations: SE, NO, FI, DK

Main responsibilities:
- Be accountable for commercial demand management, ensure reconciliation between demand planning & regulatory activities, coordinate stakeholders involved
- Support tender management process, manage allocations deployment, follow up orders execution and support recall procedures & logistics operations
- Monitor inventories & stocks, sales & tender contract execution vs. commitments, implement performance KPIs & best practices, monitor distribution performance
- Lead partnership with local distributors, participate to elaboration of commercial policy
- Facilitate importation & Supply Chain issues; propose process & tools improvement actions; manage execution upon HQ and North Europe Head validation
- Have a close dialogue with key external customers in the Nordic
- Supervise and coach one direct report
About you
- University degree in scientific and/or business fields
- 5 years of experience in logistics is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English, oral and written
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate numerous, diverse stakeholders
