You will be based at Bella Center in Copenhagen and be part of a team of five dedicated People & Culture colleagues.

You will be based at Bella Center in Copenhagen and be part of a team of five dedicated People & Culture colleagues.
Opgaver
As a member of our People & Culture team, you will contribute to leading the People Strategy and People agenda forward.
Together with the rest of our team, you will
- Drive activities connected to the People & Culture year cycle, processes and policies
- Drive the People & Culture strategy, and assist in the delivery of people related projects
- Assist with full employee life cycle incl. recruitment, on- and offboarding, talent optimization in line with established guidelines
- Conduct necessary administrative people processes
- Drive the digitalization of all people processes through the implementation and ongoing development of our people platform (Talentsoft)
- Provide sparring to business leaders on leadership and people matters
- Understand people data and translate data insights into actions
- Ensure the highest quality end to end employee experience

To be successful in this role you need to have:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role with a broad spectrum of operational tasks across the employee life cycle
- Relevant degree at Bachelor’s level, preferably in organization, management, or HRM
- Experience within Danish labor law and collective agreements
- Danish and English proficiency at a high level both in writing and orally
