Willis Towers Watson Retirement Consultants work closely with all types of clients, including many of the largest and most prestigious pension schemes in the Western Europe, to develop some of the most advanced benefit solutions currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement consulting to support organisations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.
The Role
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
- Work together with Retirement Western European management and Retirement Country Leaders in the development of strategic and operational projects
- Partner with Key Stakeholders across Retirement Western Europe to ensure timely and efficient execution of Retirement priorities
- Assume responsibility for the implementation of change projects at Western European and national level with special focus on the Danish operation, such as taking a lead role in the transformation process of the Pension Brokerage systems landscape from coordinating collection of design-, structure- and process-requirements for input into the cross-country systems development team up to transformation and implementation of new systems
- Work side-by-side with the Danish Retirement Leadership Team and take over ownership for development and execution of projects/activities
- Implement best practices and effectively utilize standard operating procedures and tools
- Active and collaborative support to the successful completion of Retirement projects and strategic initiatives
- Promote Willis Towers Watson culture and values; manage and support change management activities effectively to reduce business disruption and meet intended objectives
The Requirements
- Collaborative team worker with the ability to work effectively with colleagues
- Ability to understand complex issues quickly and to manage competing priorities
- Solutions focused, effective at developing pragmatic solutions which meet the needs of key stakeholders
- Proven analytical and project management skills
- Experience in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and guidelines that drive efficiency and service excellence
- Experience in managing change projects and/or experience with agile IT/systems development is beneficial
- Expertise in the area of public pension insurance and insurance-related arrangements is a plus
- Skilled in managing interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English and Danish
- College/University degree preferred
- Prior experience working with a professional services firm desired
- Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g. MS Office)
- Some travel may be required
